BI Note:  Ronnie Nunn's  likely correct take is that a 2.4 sec remaining clock reading actually gives 2.7 time to shoot due to scorer's reaction time in setting the clock. This would mean that any buzzer beater after a re-set shot clock should be ruled too late if it comes with .03 sec or less left on the clock. Does the NBA really want to follow the precedent it just set in this way?

Note # 2:  We don't understand stories that acknowledge that a team has been playing w/o 3 starters, has faced a killer schedule and is working on incorporating 9 new roster players and a new coach and then goes on to wonder why it hasn't played better or won more games.
